Scotia Grendel Taking over Urban War

Some news on the Urban War and Metropolis front from the Scotia Grendel Blog.
Hi Folks!
As I mentioned in previous newsletter, this is a very busy time for us. I'm really happy to announce that we have just added Urban War and Metropolis lines to our range of products.

We are currently reorganizing the ranges, as we want to bring back all discontinued miniatures. So more stuff coming soon.

We will post more updates soon, so don't forget to follow us on Urban War Facebook page.
I look forward to having these games being back in the hands of someone that wants to do something with it.  From the thread announcing the news on the Facebook page, there's word that they intend to not only re-release out of print figures, before moving on to new miniatures and even new rules.

  1. Gosh! That could be good news if Scotia can actually support the game a bit, people might want to play it as Void and Urban War have sadly been in some sort of limbo for a while now.

New sculpts, forces and units would be most appreciated but please don't go down the CG sculpting route as the Neo Iskandrians really didn't fit in with the rest of the range!

Yeah, I know what you mean there was just something about the NeoIskandrians that didn't click with me either.

  3. Lol. Void 1.1 (Urban war) is a interesting and good classic from Miniature world, like target Games warzone.(T9 i hate you!)
Buy now they are interesting only for old long bearded funs from other corners of the world like me, i am from Russian Federation. On the Market a lot of new, and interesting stuff.

    1. There is an Urban War facebook page run by Scotia Grendel here: https://www.facebook.com/UrbanWartheGame/
But you're right, it is a page you can follow, not a community where everyone can post. I'm sure if you start one though people might come out of the woodwork!

  6. Been toying with the ice, but as I am really inexperienced with social media I am wondering can I just make a page about void1.1 . As it is a licensed product of Scottie Grendel or somebody else. ?

    1. Anyone can make a fan page. Of course, once you make it, you can always tell them you did so, I think they'd be happy for it to exist.
